okay, so, sixth form. It's not quite high school, but it's definitely not college or university or, let's say, the real world. It's been fairly exciting so far! I started out with aspirations to do five a-levels - biology, chemistry, physics, maths and further maths. You will be glad that through strong will and jealousy of my friends free periods which I just didn't have (okay, that's a lie, I had two over the two week timetable, both of which fell within a day of eachother) while my friends had at least eleven, this aspiration lasted all of three days. My original plan was to trial all five, then perhaps drop one if the workload was too much, my theory was that I have never had frees before, so it's going to be hard to miss them, right? The reality was not quite the same, once I had a taste of the freedom that is doing nothing in the middle of the day, and it being acceptable, I just wanted more. The small detail that my first biology lesson held absolutely no interest to me at all also contributed to the dropping of it. Oh, and also my (not so) irrational 'thing' about touching, slicing, or indeed dicing the deceased, or any parts of them, would make hacking up a pigs heart or pumping some sheep lungs, or if it ever got to it, amputating a live human beings arm, just really doesn't work for me.
May aswell quit while I'm ahead, hey?
